I cannot say enough good things about Emarat. From the very first phone call to the final report, everyone made this process so easy!

I hired them for a residential foundation/structure assessment while I was in my option period, with the clock ticking before it expired. I called on a Tuesday and explained my situation to Ameen (the owner, who took my call himself), and he was so kind and accommodating, he got me scheduled for Thursday evening without hesitation. He patiently answered every single question I had and let me know that Kia would be the engineer visiting that day. After a quick text exchange to confirm my address, email, and phone number, the calendar invite landed in my inbox shortly after we hung up. Communication was seamless from the start.

On the day of the visit, Kia showed up right on time and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He's super knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and so patient with my MANY questions. He walked me through every step of the process in detail, which made me feel completely at ease. Their typical report turnaround is 48 hours, but Kia understood how tight my timeline was and had the full report sitting in my inbox that very same night! I truly could not have asked for better service under pressure.
