Kia was very professional and clearly explained the foundation movement, exterior cracking, patio roof support issues, and interior beam concerns. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and included practical recommendations for next steps. Amin is great at what he does! He is kind, diligent, and offers great pricing. The engineering plans he delivered were very professional! This definitely isn’t something I could’ve done with my high school math! I will absolutely be coming back for my future builds.
