Within 48 hours of completing the inspection, the client will receive the comprehensive report, or we will refund the payment. In cases where the report is required within 24 hours, a rush fee of $100 will be applicable.
The cost for inspecting a single-family residential house stands at $600, which includes a signed and sealed report from a certified Texas professional engineer. For duplex or fourplex inspections, an extra $150 will be appended to the fee for each unit.
